A Mixed Experience
poor tvbroken sockets
I found some issues . The bar tender said they don't have enough ice, so I asked reception. They said they would send it up, but we never received any ice. The TV had a very poor signal, channels freeze and go fuzzy. Two plug sockets on my side of the bed don't work properly, so plugs don't stay in.

the room was quite clean. the bed was comfortable. i also appreciated the proximity to the train station. it made getting around easy.
The breakfast setup was not ideal. the buffet lacked proper labels, and some items were hard to identify. i also found that my dishes were not cleared promptly after i finished eating. It was quite annoying

Excellent City Stay
stylish bedbathroom designclean space
The room had a minibar, which I used. The cleanliness of the entire space impressed me. The bed was stylish. I appreciated the bathroom design. Everything felt luxurious! though the signage to the hotel was very poor.
I noticed some wear on the hallway carpets.

The breakfast buffet offered varied items, but some lacked labels. It was sometimes hard to know which food item was which, and the tea and coffee line got long! I had to bring my glasses.

The room included two separate sinks. There was also a rainfall shower with good pressure. A comfortable bed was available for a good night's sleep, and the room size was very adequate.

The front desk staff was helpful with directions. The concierge assisted me with transport arrangements, and they responded quickly. Staff resolved a billing query very efficiently, and I appreciated that.
Facilities

The fitness room contained several machines. I saw three treadmills. The pool area had twenty loungers. I also noticed a dedicated shaded section was available near the poolside.
